Introduction:
Neptune Cleaning Co. is excited to introduce Neptune Gives Back, a community-focused initiative designed to support individuals, families, and organizations in need. Our goal is to make a positive impact by offering our professional cleaning services at no cost to eligible recipients. This program reflects our commitment to giving back to the communities that have supported us.

Program Details:
Through Neptune Gives Back, we will provide complimentary cleaning services to individuals or groups facing financial hardships, health challenges, or other circumstances that make accessing professional cleaning services difficult.

We aim to support:

Families experiencing temporary financial struggles.
Individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions.
Nonprofit organizations or community centers needing assistance with cleaning tasks to maintain safe, welcoming spaces.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility

To ensure fairness and mitigate liabilities, the following eligibility criteria are suggested:

Residency: Applicants must reside in the areas where Neptune Cleaning Co. operates.
Financial Hardship: Proof of financial hardship (e.g., pay stubs, tax returns, or an official letter from a social worker or nonprofit organization) may be required.
Health and Disability Considerations:
- Applicants with health challenges must provide a physician's note or documentation verifying their condition if it impacts their ability to maintain a clean environment.
- Neptune Cleaning Co. staff will not provide medical or personal care services beyond cleaning.

Nonprofit Organizations:
- Must be a registered nonprofit organization.
- Proof of nonprofit status (e.g., 501(c)(3) designation) must be submitted.
- Cleaning services are limited to community spaces, not private offices or facilities.

Property Condition:
- Neptune Cleaning Co. reserves the right to decline services for properties that pose health, safety, or structural risks (e.g., hoarding situations, hazardous materials).

Frequency:
- Services are limited to a one-time cleaning per approved application, with exceptions evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Application Process:
- Interested parties must complete an application form and agree to a liability waiver before services are provided.

To ensure a smooth experience and address any potential risks, the following terms and conditions apply to the Neptune Gives Back program:

Service Waiver Agreement:
- All selected recipients must sign a waiver prior to the cleaning appointment. This waiver releases Neptune Cleaning Co. from liability for property damage, personal injury, or dissatisfaction with the services provided.

Media and Privacy Options:
- While recipients are encouraged to participate in media coverage to inspire others, we understand the need for privacy. Recipients may request limited media exposure by contacting Neptune Cleaning Co. in advance of their scheduled service.

Scope of Cleaning Services:
- Cleaning services will be provided for general household tasks. Services do not include the handling of hazardous materials, biohazards, or deep-cleaning tasks requiring specialized equipment or training.

Verification of Nominations:
- All nominations must include valid contact information for both the nominee and the nominator. Neptune Cleaning Co. reserves the right to verify nominations to ensure fairness and authenticity.

Insurance Coverage:
- Neptune Cleaning Co. is fully insured, and all services provided through the Neptune Gives Back program are covered under our business liability insurance. This coverage ensures the safety of both our staff and the recipient’s property.
